REFRESHING FRUIT BOWLS & HAWAII INSPIRED PIECES

hi ladies,

today i ate healthy all day long... :) i had a fruit bowl for lunch and i wanted to share with you all how i made it!!!! also, i made some HAWAII INSPIRED pieces...i am from hawaii born and raised and i felt like sharing a little bit of the hawaiian islands with all of you!!! :)

REFRESHING FRUIT BOWL:

first: blend together frozen mixed berries, about half a banana, and a little bit of water. DO NOT ADD SUGAR!

next cut up some slices of banana to put on your fruit bowl

and add some granola on top too!!!!! :)

my husband has a playlist in his ipod named "hawaii '76" so i thought that name fit with this bracelet too!!! :) the flowers on this bracelet reminded me of a hippy kind of aloha shirt...so the name hawaii '76 is perfect!!!
